Mind Control and September 11

December 5, 2007

Over half a century ago, Ewen Cameron once said: “It is not simply against future conspiracies of evil men which we have to guard ourselves, but the weaknesses and faults in our social order, in our ways of living, against which we have to be on continual guard.”

What did the top guy of America’s Central Intelligence Agency’s Mind Control Project really mean when he uttered these words? Cameron’s statement should serve as a warning to the contemporary citizens of the world. That statement was not simply a confession coming from a topnotch psychiatrist of his time, but also a revelation from the main man of CIA’s most controversial and secretive Project MK-Ultra after World War II.

To give you some information about Cameron and his job as a researcher for the MK Project, in April 20, 1950, project BLUEBIRD was approved by the director of the CIA. In a 1951 memorandum, the project states that practical research was to be carried out to include the following specific hypothesis:

  • Can we create by post-H [hypnotic] control an action contrary to an individual’s basic moral principles?

  • Can we in a matter of an hour, two hours, one day, etc., induce an H condition in an unwilling subject to such an extent that he will perform an act for our benefit?

  • Could we seize a subject and in the space of an hour or two by post-H control have him crash an airplane, wreck a train, etc.?

  • Can we by H and SI techniques force a subject to travel long distances, commit specified acts and return to us or bring documents or materials?

  • Can we guarantee total amnesia under any and all conditions?

  • Can we “alter” a person’s personality?

  • Can we devise a system for making unwilling subjects into willing agents and then transfer that control to untrained agency agents in the field by use of codes or identifying signs?

  • How can sodium A or P or any other sleep inducing agent be best concealed in a normal or commonplace item, such as candy, cigarettes, coffee, tea, beer, medicines?

Here’s the full content of the 1963 memo:

26 July 1963, MEMORANDUM FOR: Director of Central Intelligence

SUBJECT: Report of Inspection, MKULTRA

It was deemed advisable to prepare the report of the MKULTRA program in one copy only, in view of its unusual sensitivity. Normal procedures for project approval, funding, and accounting were waived. The program requires the services of highly specialized authorities in many fields of natural science. The concepts involved in manipulating human behavior are found by many people both within and outside the Agency to be distasteful and unethical. Nevertheless, there have been major accomplishments both in research and operational employment.

Over the ten-year life of the program many additional avenues to the control of human behavior have been designated under the MKULTRA charter, including radiation, electro-shock, harassment substances, and paramilitary devices. Some MKULTRA activities raise questions of legality implicit in the original charter. A final phase of the testing of MKULTRA products places the rights and interests of US citizens in jeopardy. Public disclosure of some aspects of MKULTRA activity could induce serious adverse reaction in US public opinion.

TSD [Technical Services Division of CIA] initiated a program for covert testing of materials on unwitting US citizens in 1955. TSD has pursued a philosophy of minimum documentation in keeping with the high sensitivity of some of the projects. Some files contained little or no data at all. There are just two individuals in TSD who have full substantive knowledge of the program and most of that knowledge is unrecorded. In protecting the sensitive nature of the American intelligence capability to manipulate human behavior, they apply “need to know” doctrine to their professional associates to a maximum degree.

J.S. Earman, Inspector General NB 108-113

It was found out later through congressional investigations of the secretive research mission that the CIA got what it wanted to know. We all know that every action is accompanied by a state of mind. What inspired the CIA to fund, support and spearhead this kind of unethical, immoral and disturbing research, the concepts of which “involved in manipulating human behavior”? Did the CIA have any intention to use it for America’s future imperialistic endeavors?

Among the eight questions enumerated, item number three has the closest connection to a monumental event in recent history? To make it clearer— Can we seize a person and by the span of an hour or two under-hypnotism have him crash an airplane? Why did America want to find out whether it is possible to command an unconscious person to commit an act against his will?

Hmmm… This reminds me of something, something vicious and atrocious committed six years ago. It involved a plane, or two planes to be precise, and the same were crashed into two landmark towers of America’s financial city. It also involved a number of plane crews whose identities have not yet been truly confirmed up to this day. Were they really terrorist or victims of extraordinary renditions under post-H? Take note, the MK-Ultra generally used the term “unwilling subject”, so that means everybody can be a subject of that experiment, terrorist or not.

I say it is important to look back at what happened fifty years ago to understand the anomalies and aberrations of our time. Many strange things which we could hardly explain happen almost everyday. Mostly they are questions that clamor for answers. And most of the time we have difficulty finding answer to these queries because those who are supposed to lead the quest for truth are unwilling or refuse to do their job. Those who are in the best position to shed light on some nagging issues are usually guilty of misfeasance or malfeasance.

There is no difference between a man who hides the truth and a man who lies to cover the truth. They are both guilty of lying. Sometimes, silence is one of the most effective respons to an incriminating question. We have to remember that it’s guaranteed by the constitution. Denial comes next followed by extreme denial. And at the end of the question trail, when all of these devises proved ineffective, lying and deception become the ultimate weapon against truth.

This happened after September 11. The concrete truth beneath Ground Zero is not yet really uncovered. What is made known to people is either half-truth or lies.

The question is: who manned those windowless planes officially designated as passenger planes? Notice the description: windowless planes. In aviation, most, if not all, passenger planes have windows. For a plane flying over a thousand feet with archetypal windows of a passenger plane can be easily determined as a commercial plane. Testimonies from eyewitnesses suggested that two 9/11 planes were without windows. So if they’re not commercial planes, what were they?

Experts in aviation suggested that they must be military planes. If that’s the case, where did they take off? This assertion alone negates bush government’s statement that those killer planes were commercial.

Bush administration also stressed that the 9/11 tragedy was the handiwork of some terrorist elements. But what was the basis? The men aboard on the “terrorist” planes. They did the usual process of identification to suit their purpose by showing their identity and pictures to the media. But let us consider some possibilities.

First, that those aboard the planes could be victims of rendition, meaning they were seized by authorities elsewhere for interrogation on matters involving terrorism. Second, they could be terrorists whose intention was really to cause terror in America. Third, they’re both. It is also important to add the suggestion or supposition of Ron Paul that America goaded or encouraged the so-called terrorists to carry out the bloody 9/11. That is another possibility.

Here’s my theory: what if those men tagged as “terrorist” were really victims of rendition and were put under hypnotism with the mission “to crash the planes”? Was that the possible answer to the BLUEBIRD’s item number three? To have a subject under post-H crash a plane, etc?

Look, if one group could do that, then the possibility of controlling this little world is no longer impossible. If you control the mind, you also control the soul, and the world. As what George Orwell once wrote, the purpose of war is to keep the society intact. Therefore, the politics of US-Iraq was not just OIL, it was also the goal to keep American political society intact. That’s why Bush won the 2004 election on the cloak that it is dangerous to change horse in the middle of the river.

Going back to Cameron’s (psycho)analysis, it is not only the bands of evil men which we’re going to protect ourselves from, but it is also the faulty and weak social order and our brittle ways of living and thinking. It is a must these days to be alert and cautious at all times.

You can read more about Dr. Ewen Cameron’s CIA-funded experiments and all the MKULTRA subprojects in the MKULTRA Briefing Book, which was prepared by the CIA in 1976. The CIA Inspector General wrote in 1958 of MKULTRA: “Precautions must be taken not only to protect operations from exposure to enemy forces but also to conceal these activities from the American public in general. The knowledge that the agency is engaging in unethical and illicit activities would have serious repercussions in political and diplomatic circles.”

Hey, thanks for that additional information.
